Our Story<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEvery great company begins with a conversation. In 2019, Tommy Anton, a fundamental analyst, equity and options trader, and Phil Duddy, a Wall Street bond trader, met to discuss the year\u2019s market outlook. What began as a conversation about business quickly evolved into a discussion about entrepreneurship, innovation, service, and the desire to build something that would create lasting opportunities for others.\n\nThat meeting led to the formation of our parent company, ItsAllMedical, and laid the foundation for what would eventually become Liquid Soldier The Brand.\n\nDuring their conversation, Phil shared his experiences serving as an Executive Board Member of a respected veterans\u2019 charitable organization. He spoke about the courage and sacrifice of America\u2019s servicemen and women, and introduced Tommy to the inspiring legacy of Lieutenant Dennis Zilinski Jr. and his memorial foundation, which helps provide service dogs to veterans in need. Those conversations reinforced a core belief that continues to guide our company today: success carries with it a responsibility to give back and strengthen the communities we serve.\n\nAs the vision for the company continued to develop, an unexpected piece of Tommy\u2019s past helped shape its future. More than three decades earlier, Tommy had founded a rock band called Liquid Soldier. What had once represented creativity, determination, and ambition evolved into something much larger\u2014a name that would become the foundation of a growing business dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship.\n\nFrom those early beginnings, Liquid Soldier the brand has grown into a diversified company focused on building platforms that connect people, businesses, and opportunities. Through our expanding marketplace, media network, social community, franchise initiatives, and future technology ventures; we are creating an ecosystem designed to help businesses grow, creators succeed, entrepreneurs thrive, and communities flourish.\n\nWhat started as a single conversation has become a long-term vision built on\ninnovation, integrity, collaboration, and service. How I Met Our Leadership Team<\/h4>\nEvery great company has a story, and ours is built on relationships, shared vision, and unexpected opportunities. Looking back, it\u2019s remarkable how each member of our executive leadership team entered my life in a completely different way. What connected us all was a common belief that together we could build something extraordinary.\n\n

How I Met Our COO \u2013 Rob<\/h4>\nI first met Rob at Costco, where he was the General Manager responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse operation. During one of our conversations, we quickly discovered that we shared the same entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for building a billion-dollar brand. His leadership, operational expertise, and ability to manage large-scale teams immediately stood out. As our company grew, Rob became an integral part of our executive leadership team. Today, he serves as our Chief Operating Officer (COO), helping guide our operations and execute our long-term vision.\n\n

How I Met Our CEO \u2013 Dilip<\/h4>\nI met Dilip at Costco while he was shopping there. He overheard me discussing the fundamentals of the financial markets and took an interest in what I had to say. He walked over, introduced himself, and we began talking. What started as a spontaneous conversation quickly evolved into a shared vision for building an exceptional company. His strategic thinking, leadership, and commitment to our mission made him the ideal person to lead our organization. Today, Dilip serves as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), helping drive our vision of building the next billion-dollar brand.\n\n\n

How I Met Our Co-Chairman \u2013 Walter<\/h4>\nWalter\u2019s story is unlike any other. Before business ever entered the picture, music brought us together. Walter had placed an advertisement looking for a drummer for his band, and I answered it. I became the band\u2019s drummer, never realizing that I was also meeting a highly accomplished entrepreneur. As I got to know Walter, I learned that he had built a successful engineering company and had earned a respected reputation in the investment banking world. His company has helped build infrastructure for some of the biggest names on Wall Street. His business experience, strategic insight, and entrepreneurial success made him a natural fit for our leadership team. Today, Walter serves as our Co-Chairman, helping shape our long-term strategy as we continue pursuing our vision of building the future together.\n\n\n

How I Met Our Senior Executive Admin \u2013 Amanda<\/h4>\nAmanda\u2019s story is another example of how the right people seem to find each other.\nWe were having breakfast at a local spot, discussing our vision for building a billion-dollar brand. Amanda was on a break from school, eating in the same restaurant, and she happened to overhear our conversation. She was intrigued by what she heard, so she introduced herself. She shared experiences that reflect the ambitious nature of our company, and we recognized real drive and passion within her.\n\nFrom that very first conversation, it became clear that Amanda possessed exceptional talent and professionalism. Her ability to communicate effectively, manage complex responsibilities, and add valuable insights, quickly made her an extremely valuable part of our company.\n\nToday, Amanda serves as one of our top Executive Admins. Her dedication, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in helping our company grow as we continue building our billion-dollar brand. None of these relationships were planned. One began with a conversation in Costco. Another started when someone overheard a discussion about the markets.
