However, as the years went by and the gigs piled up, I began to notice a persistent ache in my wrists and shoulders. At first, I dismissed it as normal wear and tear, a byproduct of my intense practice sessions and energetic performances. But as the pain worsened and started to affect my ability to play, I knew they had to seek help.<\/p>\n<p>Faced with the prospect of giving up my passion, I turned to physical therapy as a last resort. I was hesitant at first, unsure if it could truly make a difference. But as I sat across from the therapist, discussing my symptoms and goals, a glimmer of hope began to emerge. The therapist listened attentively, conducting a thorough assessment and developing a personalized treatment plan tailored to my needs.<\/p>\n<p>As the weeks passed, my pain gradually subsided, replaced by a newfound sense of strength and resilience. I returned to the drum set with renewed vigor, approaching each practice session with mindfulness and intention. With the guidance of their therapist, I learned to listen to my body.
