Meet Phil, our COO! As co-founder he saw Liquid Soldier as a vehicle by which he could deliver to the public a top shelf CBD product and, in turn, provide veterans with the assistance they so deserve. His years of service to the LT. Dennis W. Zilinski II Foundation as a board member have provided innumerable veterans with the assistance they so deserve with the life saving aid of a service dog. As Phil so often says “help us help them!”. Do likewise…

This certification verifies that the ingredients, production process including all machinery, and/or food food-service process complies with the standards of kashrut as stipulated in the Shulchan Arukh, the benchmark of religious Jewish law. Pareve means it contains neither meat nor dairy. There are four big regulating agencies with recognizable symbols for Kosher: the OU, Kof-K, OK, and Star-K. Distribution Department

Our Distribution department’s main responsibility is to receive items that are ordered from our most valued vendors, and directing those items to the proper division or department within a company. We take pride in what we do and how we address organizing our shipments and coordinating our drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys to meet all our end goals. We understand how to manage our operating IT systems to manage timings, costs and stock inventory levels. They oversee the transportation of goods from production site to the consumer, meeting all our end goals so we can manage, develop and implement a logistics process of our inventory goods that arrive from our manufacturing facilities to our most valued customer base.

Commercial Real Estate Department

Our commercial real estate (CRE) department is used exclusively for business-related purposes or to provide a work space rather than a living space, which would instead constitute residential real estate. Our CRE department understands what and why we lease, sell and buy to our tenants, customers, franchisees and license owners our company’s brands, and how to conduct income-generating activities. We understand what skills and traits in commercial real estate are based on what we look for when hiring top talent employees for a client-focused approach, creativity and innovation, collaborative spirit, adaptability and self-motivation. An advantage of commercial real estate is that it can offset the long-term impact of inflation. A major factor is the fact that property rents can be adjusted with inflation, which is often the result of strong economic growth and increases year after year. We understand commercial real estate valuation methods, cost approach, sales comparison approach, income capitalization approach, value per gross rent multiplier, value per door, and cost per rentable square. We look at a few basic concepts which relate to commercial prperty values. Then we review common real estate appraisal methods: sales comparison approach and income approach management strategies to the finish line.

Employees Department

Like HR, the company employee department is a group of consultants and employees that is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and firing employees, and administering employee benefit services. We understand the definitions of staffing our offices. Our employees department is also responsible for setting policies for personnel management, personnel department, personnel office and all types of department sections. We also have specialized divisions in communication skills. The three most important functions we provide are the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, discrimination and labor laws pertaining to minimum wage and working conditions. These laws help the human resource professionals create organizational human resource rules to conduct communication skills and ensure relationships with our employees and customers.

Donation Department

We believe in the benefits that charities bring to the world. We understand it can be deeply rewarding for millions of people to give to charity on a regular basis to support causes they believe in, as well as for the positive effect it has in their own lives. We understand the guidelines to different types of donations to nonprofits, one-time donation, recurring gifts, stock donations, and planned gifts. We understand the process and meaning of giving and that a person who makes a donation has a significant impact on the receiving organization. Fixed dollar amount donations will help such organizations to buy the clothes, food products, clean water for the families, and deliver the products. They also try to find different forms of employments for the people so they can support their own families. They want to improve the standards of living for many in need from start to finish.

Our advisory committee is a selected group of expert minds that lend their leadership skills, guidance, and knowledge to our organization. Our advisory board serves the purpose of its name- to offer advice that helps us grow and achieve the steps we take forward and address all of our company goals. Our members of the advisory committee help facilitate and provide objective advice and mentoring to all of our employees departments and business representatives. The scope of their advice is generally defined prior to the first meeting with guidance from our executive committee. This committee uses its skills in pattern matching and it opens necessary doors for us to network more broadly within the ecosystem of our company. We believe it benefits business development opportunities. They understand that having an outside perspective is extremely important towards our goals for discussing our company’s performance.

Are you over 18 years of age?

As of today, the following FDA prohibitions stand for CBD:

  • It cannot be sold as an unapproved medicine
  • CBD cannot be sold as a dietary product
  • CBD cannot be sold as food

In short, no CBD products can be sold under the premise of having medical claims. No wonder the marketing jargon for many CBD companies seems vague. Words like "promote" and "support" are loopholes for CBD companies. This allows them to market their products as long as they steer clear of medical claims. Disclaimer: Any information provided in the blog is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. THE FDA HAS NOT EVALUATED THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE FOR SAFETY OR EFFICACY.
